From occupied homes to vacant properties, each design is thoughtfully curated to create spaces that are both functional and beautifully styled, leaving a lasting impression on buyers and visitors alike. We combine a keen eye for detail, a love for purposeful design, and a deep understanding of spatial flow to transform homes into welcoming, harmonious environments that inspire connection and elevate everyday living. All projects are customized based on home size, scope, and timeline. Pricing reflects the furnishings, logistics, time, labor, and design expertise required to prepare a home for market.
STAGING CONSULTATION
Our consultation is the first step in creating a market-ready home. During an in-home or virtual walkthrough, we assess your space, discuss your goals and timeline, and identify opportunities to elevate your home’s appeal. You’ll walk away with clear recommendations and a staging direction tailored to your home and target buyer.
OCCUPIED STAGING
Our occupied staging service is tailored for homes that are currently lived in that want to transform your house into a dream home, highlighting key areas such as; the living room, kitchen, primary bedroom and primary bathroom. We will work closely with you to create a personalized interior that reflects your style, preferences, and functional needs. We work with your existing furniture and decor to create a warm, inviting, and functional space. Our goal is to showcase your home’s full potential while making it feel natural and lived-in, helping buyers envision themselves in every room.
This service focuses on highlighting the home’s best features and creating a clean, inviting look for listing photos and showings- without the need for a full vacant stage.
What’s Included:
Initial consultation (fee is applied to your service)
Staging and styling using the homeowner’s existing furniture.
Light accessories provided by Hansen Haus (pillows, art, greenery, decor)
Styling of 2-3 key living spaces (living room, kitchen, dining room, primary bedroom or primary bathroom)
1-day Hansen Haus installation
Initial Service Term: 90 Days
Additional Services Available:
Additional Rooms: $350 per room
Additional fees for 30-Day extensions (based on availability and approval)
Base investment begins at $950. All staging services are booked following a consultation to ensure the best fit for your space and vision.
VACANT STAGING
Vacant homes can feel empty and impersonal, making it difficult for buyers to envision themselves living in the space. Our full-service staging for vacant homes include; carefully selected furniture, decor, and installation for the living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom and bathroom. Each space is thoughtfully arranged to highlight architectural features, optimize flow, and create a cohesive, welcoming atmosphere that resonates with buyers- helping properties leave a warm, inviting, and lasting impression.

Styling of key living spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom and bathroom)

STEP 1:

Fill out our easy online inquiry form with a few details about your home, timeline, and goals. A member from the Hansen Haus team will reach out to answer questions, explain next steps, and schedule your consultation. This is your chance to connect with us and begin the journey toward a beautifully staged home.
STEP 2:
LET’S SEE THE VISION
During this 60- minute consultation, we will tour your home together in-person or virtually, to identify its highlighted features, evaluate layout and flow, and discuss your timeline and goals to ensure you property is positioned to attract its ideal buyer. By the end of the consultation, you’ll have actionable insights and a clear understanding of how staging will maximize your home’s appeal.
CHOOSE YOUR VIEW
In-Person (Recommended): Being on-site allows us to capture precise measurements and accurate color matching for a flawless design.
Virtual: A flexible option for your convenience. Please note that digital lenses can occasionally skew spatial depth; in-person is always best for the most accurate "Hansen Haus" vision.
STEP 3:
SIGN, SEALED, AND WE’LL DELIVER
After your consultation, we’ll provide a customized proposal outlining the staging plan, timeline, and investment. Once the contract is signed and your payment is received, your staging dates are officially reserved. This step ensures everything is clear and organized before any furniture or décor arrives.
STEP 4:
CURATE THE LOOK
It’s Staging Day! The Hansen Haus team arrives to transform your home according to the approved plan. Our setup window is 24–72 hours, depending on the home’s size and scope. Furniture, art, and décor are carefully placed to highlight the home’s strengths and create a cohesive, market-ready look. We handle everything so you can focus on listing your home with confidence.
STEP 5:
READY FOR BUYERS
Once staging is complete, your home is ready for professional photography and showings. Buyers will see a home that feels polished, inviting, and easy to imagine living in. This is the stage where staging truly shines, helping your listing stand out and make an emotional connection with potential buyers. The property will remain staged for the agreed-upon term.
STEP 6:
DE-STAGE & CELEBRATE
When your home goes under contract, has sold or the staging term ends, you’ll request a de-staging online, and we’ll return to carefully remove all staging furniture and décor. Our team handles this quickly and efficiently, leaving your home ready for its next chapter. This is also a moment to celebrate, your listing is successfully positioned, and the staging process is complete!
