Our staging consultation is a focused, one-on-one walkthrough designed to assess your home and create a clear plan for preparing it for the market.

During your 1-hour in-person or virtual consultation, we will:

• Walk through the home room by room

• Discuss your goals, timeline, and target buyer

• Evaluate layout, flow, and overall presentation

• Identify opportunities to improve visual appeal

• Recommend next steps for staging and preparation

For virtual consultations, please email photos and videos of your property in advance so we can prepare your custom design strategy before we meet.

The staging consultation is a fixed 1-hour (60-minute) session. The service fee starts at $250 and is due in full at the time of booking.
