Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, images, brand logos, and staging designs is the property of Hansen Haus. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our portfolio images or proprietary materials is strictly prohibited.
Booking & Payment Policy
To provide a premium and dedicated service, Hansen Haus operates on a Paid in Full model.
Confirmation: A project is only officially booked and added to our calendar once the total service fee has been paid.
No Holds: We do not offer verbal or temporary holds on calendar dates or furniture inventory.
Availability: Scheduling is managed internally and is assigned on a "first-cleared, first-served" basis.
Rate Adjustments: All service rates, inventory extension fees, and surcharges are subject to change. HANSEN HAUS is not obligated to honor expired pricing from previous inquiries or outdated marketing materials. A service rate is only locked once the project is paid in full.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Because we commit specific inventory and crew hours to your confirmed date, the following applies:
Fees: All payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made 72 hours in advance and are subject to current calendar availability.
Professional Performance
While staging is a proven marketing tool designed to enhance a home’s presentation, Hansen Haus does not guarantee specific sale prices, time on market, or buyer behavior. Our services are an aesthetic enhancement, not a structural or financial guarantee.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
Hansen Haus Home Staging & Design ("the Company") is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website. Regarding physical staging services, Hansen Haus Home Staging & Design maintains professional liability insurance; however, Hansen Haus is not responsible for pre-existing property damage or conditions at the site.
Client Indemnity: By using this website or our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Hansen Haus and its members harmless from any and all claims, losses, or demands (including reasonable attorney's fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of our staging services, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. This protection applies strictly to business related operations and does not cover acts of gross negligence by Hansen Haus Home Staging & Design.
