Every project begins with our 1-hour Essential Consultation. During this time, we walk the property, talk through your goals, and determine the best plan for your space. Every home has a story. We don’t believe in "cookie-cutter" staging. We study the architecture of your home and the neighborhood demographic to curate a design that feels intentional. Whether it’s a sleek modern loft or a cozy suburban estate, our goal is to create an emotional "buy-in" the moment a person walks through the door.

To ensure a “photography-ready” result, we ask that the property is professionally cleaned and broom-swept, with all construction, painting, and flooring completed prior to staging. For the safety of our team and to protect our furnishings, electricity and climate control (HVAC) should be fully operational

To maintain our creative focus and ensure safety, we kindly ask that only Hansen Haus personnel are present during installation. Simply provide access, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Our initial contract covers a 90-day term, which is typically more than enough time to secure a contract in the North Texas market.
