STAGING SERVICES

CONSULTATION SERVICES $250

What’s Included:

  • 60-minute on-site focused walk-through resulting in a room-by-room action plan

  • Discuss your goals, timeline, and target buyer

  • Evaluate layout, flow, and overall presentation

  • Identify opportunities to improve visual appeal

  • Recommend next steps for staging and preparation

  • Virtual consultations are available upon request

OCCUPIED STAGING SERVICES $950

What’s Included:

  • Initial consultation (fee applied to your service)

  • Staging and styling using the homeowner’s existing furniture.

  • Light accessories provided by Hansen Haus (pillows, art, greenery, decor accents)

  • Styling of 2-3 key living spaces (living room, kitchen, dining room, primary bedroom or primary bathroom)

  • 1-day Hansen Haus installation

  • Initial service term: 90 Days

VACANT STAGING SERVICES $2,500

What’s Included:

  • Initial consultation and design plan (fee not included)

  • Furniture and decor placement provided by Hansen Haus

  • Styling of key living spaces (living room, kitchen, dining room, primary bedroom and bathroom)

  • Hansen Haus installation day(s)

  • Initial service term: 90 Days

ADDITIONS & EXTENSION FEES

Available strictly based on current inventory, availability, and schedule capacity.

  • Additional Room Staging: $350 / room

    • Add a home office, flex space, dining room, or guest bedroom.

  • Inventory Extension: $350

    • This fee extends the rental period for an additional 30 days.

  • Priority Booking: +20% Surcharge

    • For "Rush" installs required in under 72 hours (subject to availability).

BOOKING & AVAILABILITY TERMS

To maintain a streamlined workflow and guarantee our inventory for your listing, Hansen Haus does not accept deposits. A project is not confirmed, scheduled, and inventory is not reserved, until the invoice is paid in full.

Internal Calendar Management

  • We do not offer verbal holds on dates. The first client to complete payment secures the next available slot in our rotation.

  • We will confirm your installation or consultation date after payment, based on our current schedule and inventory.

Service confirmation is contingent upon full payment at the time of booking. Hansen Haus reserves the right to adjust all rates and terms; consequently, listed fees are for reference, and the final invoice will reflect the prevailing market rate.
